Increase Page Views Reduce Bounce Rate With LinkWithin Widget
Hi folks…here is yet another plugin to show the related posts for your self hosted wordpress blog. In fact you can use this plugin for your blogspot hosted at blogger.com.
The post that I made last year on 4 Ways to show related blogpost thumbnails has got enormous readership. So this is another way added to it.
Adding LinkWithin pluign to your blog will not only show up the related posts but also shows them along with the post thumbnail. So there is assured page views for your blog. Increase in page views will obviously decrease in the bounce rate.
I like this plugin because of its simplicity. It doesn’t require any user requirement except that you have to give your blog URL and the number of related posts with thumbnails for which you want to display for a single post.
If you see my blog home page, there are no thumbnails for the posts. But the LinkWithin plugin will dynamically generate the post thumbnail easily.
Right now it is showing some irrelevant related posts. But once they crawl my feeds completely in course of time, LinkWithin will display only relevant and interesting posts to the readers. Thus it will be a good traffic source also in other way.
How to get LinkWithin Plugin:
1. Go to http://www.linkwithin.com/learn and give your email id, blog URL, platform where the blog is hosted on and number of stories (3,4 or 5) to be shown.
2. The best part is that there are no ads in this widget and no sign ups are required
