Beam Tele-Fiber Optic based Internet Network
Recently we have changed our internet service provider from Bharat Sanchar Nigaam Limited to the new Beam Telecom’s Internet Services.
With bitter experiences that we faced with BSNL, we had finally made a decision to change the ISP. It was high time for us as every one in Hyderabad are quoting Beam Tele as the leading ISP.

they promised me giving the connection on 14 august 2010 and today(16-sept-2010) it is not connected and today i called the call center they are saying connection will be given on 26-sept-10 mean time do what ever you want
the nodal office sriram is just shitting not doing anything
the mail id support@beamtele.com is not working as published in website
when i visited their place there are 25+ people are suffering with same problem
tell me what is the use of this kind of internet service provider (ISP)
plese re think of this connection and i’m also withdrewing my application

it was sad to hear why there are no professionals working for this company. am not complaining on anyone i havent got the net from oct/08th onwards till date which is oct-15th and they are still working on it. every phone call i make they create a now ticket number and inform it will be resolved within 24hours. when i call after 24 hours here they come and they create another ticket and another 24hours. i can key in several ticket numbers i can understand its humiliating(not known how effective to the beam crew) i understand this beam company has come up providing service to the people who ever is interested but let the beam people maintain service professionally. i appreciate its fast and i like it, however the people(staff) who work needs to get some brushup(crash training). when customers talk to beam inappropriately disconnect their service and delete their history for your system. there are few people who still appreciates till date thinking positively. hope i get the service soon. thankyou and Godbless. prabhudas/9390229903

I recently changed to Beamtele after getting a +ve feed back from my frnds. But, after that..it’s a worst experience. I paid had taken 3 months package nearly for month I wasted on complaining about the internet problems. They will take nearly 3 to 5 days to solve a problem and if you complain on day 2 then you get a new ticket for that….
This is the worst internet connection I ever experienced
i am planning to take Beam telecom
but by seeing these comments in website it’s like waste of time….but i dont trust these comments, only if you could provide me internet within 48 hours.
pls dont delay as i need it in a very urgent basis….
