Update Permanent Account Information for Indian PayPal Withdrawals
Recently PayPal resumed the local bank withdrawals, personal payments after they held many of the services to Indian users.
PayPal Indian users now have to update their PAN [Permanent Account Number] information once you login to your account. This information is required as Reserve Bank of India suspended PayPal India operations.
So you are required to apply for a PAN account if you doesn’t have one.But the information that I entered is shown to be incomplete information. The PayPal system is not taking the info that I provided.
On the other note there is some change in processing fee for receiving payments. For domestic payments (within India), the fee is 2.4% + $0.30 USD to 3.4% + $0.30 USD while for International payments (outside India), it is 2.9% + $0.30 USD to 3.9% + $0.30 USD.
Note:
If you do not have PAN and want to see your account dashboard, just click on the PayPal Logo you will be taken to your usual home page!!
