India’s First Nuclear Submarine INS Arihant inducted
INS Arihant is the India’s first ever nuclear submarine that will be operational from 2011.Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his wife Gursharankaur today had successfully launched the historic nuclear submarine at Vishakapatnam dockyard after making traditional puja. US,China,Russia also have nuclear submarines with US having the highest number among them.

Prime Minister attributed the success of INS Arihant to the young and brilliant engineers.He said that it is proud to the country as India is the 6th Nation having a nuclear submarine.
