Mukesh Ambani, eldest son of Late Dhirubhai Ambani and chairman of India’s largest private sector company – Reliance Industries, is soon going to shift his residence to Antilia.

Antilia is the new residence of Mukesh Ambani which is located in the Altamount Road, Cumballa Hill South Mumbai, India. The name of the building is coined from the name of Atlantic island. This is the dream house of Nita Ambani-wife of Mukesh Ambani.

Mukesh has set a new world record by owning a 27 storied building Antilia as his residence.

Antilia is unique in its own fashion. Unlike the fake images that were circulated on the web saying that they are Sachin Tendulkar’s dream shell house, these pictures are original. Below are its features making it to be unique residential skyscraper in the world.

  3. It needs 600 full time working staff to maintain the building.
  4. It has a mini theater in eighth floor that allows 50 people to watch a movie in the theater.

  6. The skyscraper includes 3 helipads at the top (ATC included)
  7. Four stories open garden.
  8. Luxurious lounges and ballroom.

  14. The building can withstand earthquakes of magnitude nearly 8 Richter scale.
