Google Adsense PIN Verification
Well as I said in my previous post that I have got new Adsense account, my Adsense earnings is really getting into its show. Today when I logged into my Adsense account, I came to notice this message
Your payments are currently on hold. Action is required to release payment.
Actually for a new Adsense account, you are supposed to get verified with a PIN number once you reach $ 10 earnings threshold. But to my surprise, the PIN is generated when my earnings were 8 dollars. This is really strange. It was supposed to get generated when the earnings reach 10 dollars. Any have I’am really happy that Iam able to get some penny with my blog !!
Google Adsense publishers also have Phone Verification.But Phone number verification is not required for publishers in all locations.
Now comes the actual headache. Yes the PIN will be mailed by Google Adsense team to your address that you have given while creating the Adsense account. As they say that you receive your PIN with in 2-3 weeks, it is not the real scenario. I have seen many of my friends who got their PINs too late. I dont know why this happens. Though Google Adsense Office is present in Hyderabad, I think the PIN should come from Google Inc. Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View CA 94043. Have to wait and see how quickly do i get the post from Google!!
